The Mailroom Administrator plays a vital role within the Student Housing/Mailroom team in the Campus Life department. This role is the first point of contact for internal and external clients, focusing on customer service. Responsibilities include managing mail and courier services and performing administrative duties.
This position also oversees Bond University’s temporary accommodation for three VIP guest rooms.
About the person
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of customer service experience, with previous mail processing or similar roles. Strong administrative and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands are essential. Self-motivation, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Experience in the tertiary education sector is advantageous.
Salary details
The casual hourly rate is $43.36 (including 25% casual loading) plus 11.5% superannuation.
