This position is within their Business Advisory Services team. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients by preparing financial and management accounting reports. The role requires proactive problem-solving and issue identification skills.
Responsibilities:
* Processing and reviewing financial statements
* Preparing management reports
* Reviewing BAS / IAS returns
* Preparing interim financial accounts and tax planning proposals
* Analyzing and reviewing accounts
* Managing monthly payroll and payroll tax submissions
* Preparing FBT returns and lodgements
* Presenting financial data
This role requires a team player with excellent initiative, strong relationship-building skills, and effective communication abilities. Mentoring junior staff and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications and Experience:
CA or CPA qualifications, with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Experience within mid-tier or Big 4 firms is preferred. Proficiency in Xero and MYOB, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required.
