Lead with Culture. Lead with Purpose. Make a Generational Impact.
Rumbalara Aboriginal Co-operative (RAC) is one of Victoria's largest and longest-standing Aboriginal community-controlled organisations. Since 1980, we have proudly delivered holistic, culturally safe services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the Goulburn Valley.
Today, with over 310 staff and services spanning Health and Wellbeing, Justice, Aged Care, Disability, Housing, and Family Support, our organisation operates from one core truth: community is family. Every person who walks through our doors deserves care grounded in culture, respect, and connection.
Our medical clinic has tripled in size in just three years. As demand for our services grows, we are strengthening our leadership structure to ensure every community member continues to receive the high-quality, culturally grounded healthcare they deserve.
At Rumbalara, leadership within the Health & Wellbeing services area is Aboriginal-led. This role sits under Aboriginal-led leadership, offering a rare opportunity to work under and alongside strong cultural leaders who share a united vision for Aboriginal health and community empowerment.
