Remuneration
* Up to $603,633 p.a.** (L25–L27)

* Up to $552,485 p.a.** (L18–L24)
Packages Include

* $251,527–$266,677 p.a. (L25–L27)
* $210,332–$244,313 p.a. (L18–L24)
* **Employer superannuation contribution** up to **12.75%**

The Role
As a Staff Specialist In Emergency Medicine, You Will
* Work alongside the Clinical Director to deliver high-quality emergency care to the Mackay community.
* Provide senior clinical leadership across a busy, mixed-acuity Emergency Department.
* Supervise, mentor and support junior doctors, trainees and medical students.
* Participate actively in patient safety, quality improvement, audit and research activities.
* Support service planning and contribute to the development of emergency care models.
