The Opportunity
If you're done being a Senior Property Manager and ready for the next step, let's talk! You will take ownership of a 100+ property portfolio across metro and remote WA locations, supported by in-house admin and remote inspection assistance.
You will:
* Lead and mentor a small team (including VA support)
* Strengthen operational systems and service standards
* Drive 10–20% annual rent roll growth
* Contribute to strategy with support from National Director (Sydney-based)
* Autonomy sits with you. Head Office provides shared services, support and structure.
Who This Role Suits
* An experienced WA Senior Property Manager (5-7+ years) who:
o Understands the Residential Tenancies Act WA thoroughly
o Has supervised or mentored team members
o Is commercially aware and comfortable securing new managements
o Takes ownership rather than waiting for instruction
o Wants influence, not just workload
o Enjoys improving systems and building structure
o Career Real Estate executive with relevant qualifications
If you're currently capable of running a department but not given the authority to do so — this role may suit you.
The current rent roll has remained stable for several years. We are seeking a leader who can:
* Retain and strengthen the existing portfolio
* Improve performance metrics
* Implement structured processes
* Actively grow management numbers
* Build referral relationships
You will be supported — but not micromanaged.
