Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to phone and email enquiries and processing customer orders Preparing quotes, receipting goods, and handling admin tasks Building long-term relationships with customers Supporting the team with stock and warehouse duties when required About You: You’ve had some customer service or sales experience (bonus points if it’s in mining, trade or industrial supplies) You’re confident and outgoing, with great communication skills You have a high attention to detail You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office programs like Excel, and quick to pick up new systems You hold a current driver’s license and have full Australian working rights Why Join Us?
