About the Role
You will start as a Casual Office Assistant, working 15‐18 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday), supporting daily operations and gaining an in‐depth understanding of our services. You will receive full support and training. Once ready, you will have the opportunity to step into a Permanent Part‐Time Office Manager position, working 20‐24 hours per week across four days.

Experience in aged care, community services, or office management is an advantage, but training and support will be provided.
Our current Office Manager will train you and provide a detailed handover. We propose you will work and be paid as an Admin Assistant for 3 of the 4 days until your training has been completed. The positions are paid under the Social, Community, Home Care Service & Disability Services Industry Award.
