Our team has deep knowledge in sectors such as transport, energy and resources (including renewables and green hydrogen), social infrastructure, defence, financing, and the digital economy.
To succeed in this role, you will work closely with Partners on a broad range of matters relating to the procurement and delivery of major projects in the construction, infrastructure, resources, transport, and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Partners on a broad range of matters relating to procurement and delivery of major projects in construction, infrastructure, resources, transport, and energy sectors.
* Provide commercial and practical legal advice, support client relationships, and contribute to business development and market engagement.
* Work collaboratively with team members, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.
Requirements:
* 6 years or more post-admission experience in a projects, infrastructure or construction practice area, gained within a reputable firm.
* A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
* A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
* Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
* The ability to be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to the juniors in the team, whilst also working independently.
