Creative Field Marketing is on the lookout for a Team Leader to lead a team of 8 for a 6 week project.
As Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our data collection process. The project measures the environmental sustainability of food delivery packaging and is being conducted with the assistance of The University of Technology Sydney.
Data is to be collected and entered an online questionnaire from a set list of criteria delivered from the client. An understanding of sustainable food packaging is not required, as full training will be provided. This is a short term contract offering 38 hours per week for 6 - 7 weeks. This research project runs from Mid April to late May with an extension possible, and interstate travel required in late May.
**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:
- Availability Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm between April 15th and May 31st.
- Able to travel interstate between May 19th and May 31st.
- Ability to lead, manage and support the team with their research operations to ensure a coordinated, consistent and high quality approach to the project data collection.
- An understanding of the standards relating to quality data in market research (accuracy, consistency, and integrity).
- Experience in project and people management will be highly regarded.
