Job Tasks
* Oversee the service delivery at sites to ensure client requests and expectations are met.
* Managing an efficient roster of full time, part-time and casual employees.
* Ensure regular site inspections are conducted and communicated to clients and other interested parties. Resolve any issues identified during the site inspection.
* Explore and understand clients' needs and use consultative skills to develop and present relevant solutions to ensure effective client and account management.
* Ensure the level of service meets clients' expectations and the required operating profit is achieved.
* Assist in documentation relevant to site management e.g. procedures, SWMS, risk assessments, terminations, duty schedules and timesheets.
Skills and Experience:
* Current WA driver's licence.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in cleaning and management.
* Effective time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work outside regular business hours.
