We are actively seeking a logistics professional to fill the role of Transport Coordinator in Fremantle, Australia. This position is responsible for planning and executing customer delivery operations, ensuring timely completion of jobs and monitoring trailer vehicle equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Delivery Planning / Bookings
* Job delivery completion with accuracy
* Trailer vehicle equipment monitoring and maintenance
* Effective communication with customers
* AQIS shipment management and coordination
* Systemic review and analysis of operational data
* Planning schedules and ensuring data entry precision
* Exception management within the KPI system framework
* Daily optimization of VBS and customer scheduling processes
Requirements:
* Previous experience in allocating, planning or scheduling roles
* Customer account management expertise in logistics environments
* Comprehensive knowledge of the transportation industry and its operations
* Fleet management understanding, including capacity planning
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
* Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety protocols
* Capacity to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
