Location
1. Based at our first Australian site in Redbank, Queensland this role will see you join our team of Electro-Mechanical Technicians within our brand-new and fully air-conditioned automated distribution center. -> Watch our Video Here - for our shift Maintenance Team on a permanent, full-time basis.
About you:
* A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude towards safety in the workplace
* Back ground in mechanical maintenance or similar - Mechanic or Diesel Fitter etc.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A genuine interest in automation and technology, with the aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures.
Meet the physical requirements including:
* Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time.
* Working at heights of up to 30 metres (wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE)
* Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25kgs unassisted
Your new role:
* Maximize system performance and up-time through effective execution of all maintenance-related activities
* Participate in a broad array of mechanical tasks with minimal supervision
* Support Production Team through basic fault correction coaching and troubleshooting
* Fault Finding and Rectification of mechanical drive technology (motors/gears)
* Assist in the installation of new or refurbishment of existing system components
* Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
