NTT Data is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and stabilise BAU operations across a complex hybrid IT/OT environment, working alongside a large scale Cisco transformation program spanning corporate, data centre, OT and edge networks.

This is a hands on operational role, ideal for someone who thrives in high availability environments and enjoys solving complex network challenges. You'll play a critical role ensuring operational continuity while enabling our internal architecture and senior engineering teams to focus on transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day to day support across IT and OT network environments, managing incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
* Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across routing, switching, wireless, SD‐WAN and security platforms
* Perform preventative maintenance, including patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and lifecycle management
* Support project integration by connecting new sites, devices and systems into production environments
* Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations and asset records
* Collaborate closely with the Cisco Transformation program to ensure smooth handover into BAU operations
* Mentor junior engineers and Service Desk staff
* Drive continuous improvement across monitoring, tooling and operational processes
Key Requirements
* 7+ years' network engineering experience
* Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs)
* Catalyst switching & routing
* Experience with Juniper routing and switching
* Experience with Palo Alto firewalls
* Proven experience supporting both IT and OT environments, ideally within mining, resources, or heavy industry
* Strong knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VLANs, QoS and network security fundamentals
* Excellent incident management and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Experience with EVPN/VXLAN fabrics
* Understanding of OT networking principles (e.g. Purdue Model, IT/OT segmentation)
* Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / CCIE, JNCIP, PCNSE
