Main Responsibilities
* Loading, transporting and delivering items to customers and/or businesses in a safe, timely manner
* Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
* Ensure items are complete and packed correctly
* Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
* Perform frequent lifting and carrying of goods
* Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.
* Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
* Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
* Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Logistics (desirable)
* Manual license
* Forklift license
* Medium rigid license or heavy rigid license (MC / HR)
* White Card
* National Police Clearance
* MSIC (desirable)
