One of ETA’s Clients are currently seeking experienced FIFO Electricians for a major Greenfields Construction Project near Cloncurry. Successful applicants will be carrying out electrical installation and construction works across a large-scale mining project, with a strong focus on Greenfields scope and minor Brownfields integration within a remote site environment. Competitive flat rate – $78/hr $3/hr PIP • 3:1 FIFO roster • 11-hour paid days • 6-month project duration • FIFO from East Coast capital cities only • Opportunity to work on a major Copper Plant Expansion Project • Weekly pay cycle – Every Friday Scope of Work Electrical construction on copper plant expansion • Predominantly Greenfields installation works • Minor Brownfields integration works • Remote mining and construction environment • Working under strict site safety and construction procedures What is needed to be considered? Current Electrical Licence • White Card • Working at Heights (WAH) • High Risk EWP • LV CPR (within 12 months) • Current Driver’s Licence • Police Check (within 12 months) • Passport or Birth Certificate for proof of working rights Additional Requirements Must have previous FIFO construction experience • Strong preference for large-scale mining or industrial project experience • Greenfields construction experience highly desirable • Available for June/July 2026 mobilisation Why work for Engineering Trades Australia?
