About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical engineer to lead and execute capital projects at the Claremont Manufacturing site.
This involves full project lifecycle management, from initial planning and budgeting through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute capital projects, ensuring successful implementation of upgrades, expansions, and new installations.
* Manage projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring relevant technical standards are met.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Technical expertise across engineering disciplines and high expertise in one or more domains.
* Industrial Networking & Cybersecurity, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Regulatory Compliance, Electrical Power Systems, Quality Management, Process Knowledge, Manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Significant Project engineering and Management experience.
* Lean manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience.
* An engineering degree recognised by Engineers Australia Institute.
