This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading Key Responsibilities Set up new client accounts and input accurate data into internal systems Liaise with internal teams (Accounts, Sales, and Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding Handle client enquiries via email only - no phone-based communication Monitor and coordinate internal communications to maintain workflow efficiency Support use of our freight booking platform and in-house software (training provided) Skills & Experience Experience in a customer service or administrative role Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments Experience using MYOB (preferred) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently in a virtual communication environment (email, internal chat) Experience in the freight or logistics industry is a plus, but not essential
