Marketing Manager Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our multidisciplinary marketing team in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive sales initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
* The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent, and 5+ years' experience managing a portfolio of brands and media planning. They should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and promoting employee development and growth opportunities.
Strategic Planning and Execution: They will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and market research to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Brand Management and Media Planning: The candidate will manage a portfolio of brands, overseeing all aspects of brand development, positioning, and activation, including media planning, creative development, and campaign execution.
Performance Metrics and Analysis: They will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, analyzing results and making data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
