Responsibilities
* Comply with all OHS company and site processes and procedures.
* Maintain and service Epiroc machines, ensuring the customer's fleet consistently meets or exceeds production requirements.
* Fault finding and problem solving.
* Provide high‐level technical support and advice.
* Assist in the implementation of strategic maintenance plans.
* Maintain positive customer relationships while demonstrating Epiroc's core values as a customer‐facing OEM representative.
Requirements
* Epiroc product knowledge and experience advantageous.
* Heavy mobile equipment trade qualification or similar.
* Strong problem‐solving ability and troubleshooting skills.
* Commitment to providing quality customer service.
* Ability to handle and work under pressure.
* Good report writing ability.
