Lead diverse teams, including people with disability, with a hands-on, supportive approach to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient production Oversee warehouse operations and workflow, stock, receivals, despatch, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Identify and manage non-compliance issues and maintain clear work instructions. Regular management and reporting of inventory, production data confidently. Liaise with customers and support business goals, budgets, and continuous improvement Why we want you: Experience in pharmaceutical packaging with strong knowledge of TGA, HACCP, GMP, clean room, and WHS requirements. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and support teams — including workers with disability — to perform at their best Strong operational and warehouse management experience.
