ARA Fire is one of Australia's largest privately-owned Fire Protection and Detection companies. Our Western Australian branch located at Balcatta is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced person to join our dynamic team.
The role will work closely with nominated external clients, internal staff and subcontractors. This role is very hands‐on and varies from day to day which often requires the ability to focus on multiple tasks at once with a level head.
Responsibilities
* Managing client documentation, software, and portal systems
* Reporting (internal and external)
* Data management in ARA Service Maintenance software CLARAFY
* Client meetings
* Assisting other members of the service team as needed
This role would suit someone whois currently an account manager looking for a change or a trade/technician in fire who is looking for a role change and become a hands‐on technical client manager. It would also be suited to someone with a trade background who is computer savvy. Knowledge of the fire protection service industry or experience in a similar industry would be required.
Qualifications
* Ability to build long‐term relationships with clients through first‐class customer service and striving to exceed clients' expectations
* Works well in a team environment with a strong individual work ethic and happy to take ownership of the role
* Self‐motivated with an inbuilt sense of urgency and can work efficiently when unsupervised
* Possesses a methodical approach to processes and record keeping
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar industry (e.g., plumbing, mechanical, electrical, building services)
