Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building regulations and be able to deliver new builds in various sectors, including emergency services, industrial, sports clubs, and commercial projects.
* Full management of site trades and subcontractors
* Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
* Strong understanding and knowledge of building regulations
* Implementation of occupational health and safety policies
* Ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
* Assisting the project team with project reporting
* Assisting with scope of works formation
* Programme formation and implementation
* Liaising with clients
* Maintenance of site diary
Requirements:
* 5+ years supervising/site managing experience
* Demonstrated ability to deliver similar projects
* QBCC Licensed Carpentry trade background
* Tech savvy and good understanding of Procore
* Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
* Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
* Exceptional rapport-building and key stakeholder liaison skills
* A proactive attitude that is driven to succeed
This role is based in Brisbane.
