ROUSSOS Recruitment is working alongside a Tier 1 builder with some impressive commercial projects in the pipeline across Adelaide. With a national footprint and over 40 years in the industry, this contractor has delivered some of Australia’s most recognisable developments across high-rise residential and commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, retail and more.
They’re focused on quality outcomes, collaboration and building lasting partnerships – both within their teams and with clients. If you're a driven Site Manager looking to step into a key role on a significant project, this could be the right opportunity.
The Role
As you take the lead on large-scale commercial build projects, you will:
* Lead and provide mentorship the entire site team.
* Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors.
* Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
* Liaise closely with clients and internal departments.
* Identify and promptly resolve issues as they arise.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and support documentation.
The Like Mind
To be successful, you will have experience working across commercial projects at $15M+ and bring relevant trade qualifications, preferably in carpentry. You’ll be across construction drawings and specifications and understand how to effectively manage sequencing on complex jobs. Strong communication and leadership skills are key – you’ll need to work well with trades, subs, and clients alike.
