Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wholesale Sales Coordinator located in Warriewood, Sydney. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing key operational functions, maintaining accurate sales data, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between wholesale customers, accounts, warehouse, and other internal departments. This role focuses on administrative efficiency, inventory tracking, and ensuring timely order fulfilment to optimise sales operations.

Qualifications
Preferred minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales order management systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
