About the Role
As the Teacher Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education by assisting teachers with the preparation and enhancement of learning materials and activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assist with classroom activities, sporting events, school excursions, and supervision duties, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
* Prepare, organise, and maintain teaching materials, equipment, and resources to support effective lesson delivery.
* Provide assistance with tasks such as typing, photocopying, maintaining class rolls, and organising off-site activities.
* Assist students with special needs, including mobility, personal care, and learning support, while contributing to their overall welfare and safety.
* Work with small groups or individual students to enhance their literacy and numeracy skills, including the use of technology to support learning.
