We're looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our high-performing team in Cairns, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. What You'll Be Responsible For
* Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and asset performance
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
* Managing lease compliance, renewals, rent reviews and associated legal documentation
* Preparing and delivering monthly reports to property owners, supported by accurate financial analysis and portfolio insights
* Overseeing property-related financial transactions, including payment approvals and arrears management
* Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve strong commercial outcomes
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience in commercial or industrial property management
* A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills, with a customer‐focused mindset
* High attention to detail and a professional, approachable style
* A current QLD Real Estate Certificate
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
