In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering high-quality administrative support for court-related prosecution matters, this role will see you manage key documentation, coordinate court schedules, and ensure accurate record-keeping to support legal proceedings.
You will collate critical case materials, liaise with court and internal stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date records in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting. You'll also identify scheduling issues, process appeal lodgements, and provide responsive customer service across internal teams and external legal entities.

About you
Your strong organisational skills, eye for detail, and stakeholder engagement abilities, formed across legal, administrative or government service environments, will see you excel in managing competing priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and legal processes are well-supported.
You're recognised as a dependable team player, skilled at navigating complex workflows, experienced in supporting legal or regulatory functions and confident in working with prosecution officers, solicitors, and court staff to ensure seamless coordination and professional service delivery.
