General Manager - Mechanical Services Construction Perth, WA The Opportunity A national mechanical services contractor with a long track record delivering complex HVAC projects across Australia is seeking a General Manager to lead their Western Australian construction division. This role sits at the centre of the business - responsible for project delivery, financial performance, team leadership and securing future work. You will oversee the delivery of commercial HVAC projects across the state while building strong relationships with builders, consultants and clients to support ongoing growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence over the direction and performance of the WA business. The Role Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Construction, you will be responsible for leading the state construction division and ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to a high standard. You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects - from securing work through to construction delivery and client handover. The role also includes oversight of the service division, ensuring strong long-term client relationships and recurring revenue. You will also work closely with estimating, finance, drafting and executive leadership to ensure the business achieves its strategic objectives.
