This role is critical to establishing market leadership and driving adoption of our industry-leading cybersecurity a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities with and through our partner network via Distribution in Australia and New Zealand. To succeed, you must work with internal teams and lead our Distribution Partners to build out territory planning, new partner development initiatives, and existing partnerships to deliver growth for CrowdStrike.**What You'll Do:*** **Partner Strategy & Development:**Build and implement strategic GTM plans with distribution partners. Identify and recruit new partners to expand market coverage across ANZ, establishing C-level relationships and driving effective onboarding.* **Revenue Generation:**Develop and manage pipeline to meet sales quota. Identify new business opportunities, close deals with partner support, and drive SMB growth through distribution channels.* **Enablement & Growth:**Define and execute VAD initiatives with measurable outcomes. Drive product marketing and demand generation activities (seminars, tradeshows, content) while supporting partner success.* **Stakeholder Management:**Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within distribution accounts.
