Electrical Service Technician Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Field Service Technician to join our team to conduct service and maintenance on equipment across the region, whilst developing and building relationships with customers.
* Candidates will be responsible for carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment at customer premises, this involves being able to problem solve and diagnose faults with equipment.
* They will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of equipment under the guidance of project management.
* A key aspect of the role is completing all required paperwork neatly and accurately to ensure that there are no delays with invoicing and payment from the customer.
* Candidates will need to conduct basic technical on-the-job coaching to service technicians and provide feedback throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will have a Full Electrical License, Valid Driver's license and extensive experience in fault finding. They will also require Service work experience and/or industrial experience, availability for on-call (nights, weekends, public holidays) on a rostered basis and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Full Electrical License.
