About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill a full-time permanent role within our organization. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of advisors, as well as delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage workflows efficiently
* Prepare correspondence and client documents
* Check documentation and lodge business while meeting regulatory requirements
* Manage client reviews, including fee disclosure and opt-in requirements
* Maintain databases
* Liaise with clients
* Provide reception relief
* Process and implement advice


Requirements

* Prior experience in financial planning, supporting multiple advisors
* Solid understanding of the financial planning industry
* Working knowledge of direct equity administration (desired)
* Genuine and personalized approach to customer service
* Proficiency in computer software with exposure to Xplan or other financial planning packages
* Experience in self-managed super funds (desired but not essential)
* Strong database management skills
* Impeccable attention to detail
* Qualification in Financial Planning and/or Finance (desired)
