Mental Health Professional Role
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Farmgate Counselling service, you will provide support and services to rural farming communities and individuals in need.
Your role will involve working collaboratively with other service providers and agencies to deliver timely and assertive services that meet the mental health needs of clients. You will be responsible for providing triage, assessment, intervention, and response to ensure holistic evidence-based care is delivered in accordance with MNCLHD policies.
* You must have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
* Prior experience working in rural or remote areas would be highly regarded but not essential.
