Rehabilitation Consultant Psychologist/Social Workers

Role Description
* This full-time role involves delivering client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation, using clinical knowledge and allied health background to help injured workers recover at work and achieve independence.
* Daily responsibilities include early intervention and psychological worksite assessments, medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering holistic services within workplace rehabilitation, focusing on client recovery and independence.
2. Conducting early intervention and psychological worksite assessments to identify areas for improvement.
3. Liaising with stakeholders, including medical professionals and employers, to ensure effective case management.
4. Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans that cater to individual needs and goals.
Requirements
* Full or provisional registration with AHPRA or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
* Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly desired but not essential).
* Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive attitude and pride in quality work.
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
* Current driver's license and access to a vehicle.
