About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to join our close-knit team at MG Wind Pty Ltd in Alstonville, NSW. This is a casual role offering flexible working arrangements to support our growing renewable energy company. As the Office Administrator/PA, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the management team, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars, arranging all aspects of travel for our field service technicians, corresponding with project managers
2. Personal assistant to Directors
3. Assisting with the coordination of company events and functions
4. Organising logistics and freight both domestic and international
5. Marketing - brochures, website, LinkedIn

What we're looking for

1. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with Project Manager and Directors
3. Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Excel and MYOB is desirable
4. A professional, discreet and confidential approach to handling sensitive information
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to work independently
