Club Support Role
This is a hands-on position in reinforcing clubs and communities through operational support, guidance and resources that strengthen club capability, governance and game-day delivery.
* We support clubs with strategic planning, facility development and alignment with national strategies to enhance their performance and growth.
* We review and monitor Club Health Checks and collaborate with Clubs to address key issues and opportunities for improvement.
* We provide governance compliance support including monitoring accreditation and registration, advising on policy or rule changes and supporting complaint handling and child-protection matters.
* We promote Club achievements and initiatives through community channels and assist with sponsorship marketing and grant opportunities to aid their success.
In this role you will work closely with clubs to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions to drive growth and success. You will be responsible for providing operational support, guidance and resources to strengthen club capability and governance.
