We are seeking an exceptional leader who will champion our commitment to care within the Front Office department. Reporting directly to the Director of Rooms, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our brand promise and delivering memorable experiences for our guests and team members.


The Role

As the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of the Front Office department, focusing on maximizing guest satisfaction. Your purpose-driven leadership will inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.

* Exemplify positive leadership traits that motivate colleagues to consistently meet and exceed performance standards.
* Coordinate and manage Front Office operations, encompassing the Front Desk, Communications (telephones), and Executive Lounge.

For success in this key role, we seek someone who:

* Possesses exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Opera systems.
