Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Organising theatre lists
- Surgical quotations
- Utilising Clinic to cloud software
To be successful for this position you will have the following skills/attributes:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional approach and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi task and problem solve in a busy environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
