Senior Quality Associate – Marsden Park, NSW
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Associate to join our Healthcare division based at the Marsden Park, NSW facility.
As the Senior Quality Assurance Associate, you will provide day-to-day quality support across warehouse and operational functions, ensuring adherence to client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
You will be accountable for quality oversight, issue management, stakeholder engagement, process and system integrity, training and documentation, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
Quality Oversight & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse and operational activities comply with internal procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Issue Management & Resolution: Investigate, document, and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and Change Controls.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide clear and qualified communication with customers regarding quality matters.
Process & System Integrity: Oversee SAS release, controlled destruction, and return-to-vendor sessions.
Training & Documentation: Ensure training records and labeling processes are compliant and current.
Performance Monitoring: Track and trend quality KPIs and metrics.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Solid knowledge of ISO 13485, with practical experience applying its principles in a healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical environment.
Solid understanding of TGA regulations, PIC/S Code of GMP, and GWP (Good Warehouse Practices).
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and its integration with ISO 13485 for quality management systems.
Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management and Integrated Logistics.
Experience in FMCG, Medical Devices, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals is highly advantageous.
Prior experience working in or with a logistics site is advantageous.
