* Wellbeing & Extras: Professional Development allowance, Fitness Passport, staff referral scheme, and the option to purchase additional leave.

The Role

As a Speech Pathologist in our Northern NSW team, you will focus on strengths-based, evidence-based practice to help participants achieve their goals. Your day-to-day will include:

* Impactful Therapy: Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way across home, school, and community settings.
* Clinical Excellence: Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals and deliver interventions that improve quality of life.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Working alongside a supportive team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
