Job Description
* Develop and implement category strategies for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) within the Procurement team.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality service delivery.
* Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business goals.
* Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements.
* Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in end‑to‑end procurement.
* Strong knowledge of MRO procurement processes and strategies.
* Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse market trends and implement cost‑effective solutions.
* Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
* A relevant tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business, or a related discipline.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
