* Design and implement frameworks and initiatives that build capacity for land conservation * Work for a progressive organisation and drive a high-quality Parks service * Ongoing, full time role with flexible working arrangements available About the role Reporting to the Manager – Community Programs and Partnerships, the Statewide Partnership Manager provides strategic leadership in the development, coordination and continuous improvement of partnerships that support the protection, management and enjoyment of Victoria's parks and reserves. Working across the organisation and in close collaboration with Traditional Owners, government agencies, community organisations, research institutions and the private sector, the Statewide Partnership Manager leads the design and implementation of frameworks, agreements and initiatives that drive innovation, build capacity, and strengthen shared responsibility for public land and conservation. As a senior leader, the Statewide Partnership Manager plays a critical role in supporting Parks Victoria's commitment to self-determination by enabling culturally safe and enduring partnerships with Traditional Owners and Registered Aboriginal Parties. This position is essential to Parks Victoria's transformation agenda, ensuring partnerships are aligned to corporate priorities and deliver measurable public value. We're looking for someone with: * Demonstrated experience in strategic partnership development and cross-sector collaboration in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, preferably in public land, conservation or community sectors * Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental management, public administration, business, or related fields are desirable * Proven experience leading programs, initiatives or teams that deliver shared outcomes with Traditional Owners, community organisations or government bodies * Strong understanding of public land management, environmental or community-based partnership frameworks, and the policy context affecting land and resource management in Victoria * Proven ability to initiate, sustain and leverage strategic relationships internally and externally over extended periods of time, with an ability to influence at all levels Your application will need to include: * A Current Resume * A Cover Letter Application Close date: Sunday, 1 February 2026 Sound like you?
