You will be situated in their property team which consists of a team leader, senior lawyers, junior lawyers and a number of experienced, self-managed conveyancers and legal support, leaving you to focus on the complex and interesting work. Key matters include: Sale and purchase of properties (commercial and residential) Pre-contractual advice Subdivision/realignment of boundaries Preparation of Loan Agreements and Partition Agreements Transfers between spouses (including pursuant to Court Orders) Transfers to beneficiaries (Wills, Trusts, SMSF) Guarantee advice Retirement village acquisitions/dispositions Adverse possession cases My client empowers their staff to take charge of their files and work autonomously, however access to expert guidance is easily available to you, as well as the support from a well-balanced team.
