Job Description
We are looking for a Lawyer to join the Maroochydore office on a fixed‐term basis for 12 months. This role focuses on delivering tailored advice and legal services, providing a personalised service and the best possible legal outcomes for all clients in challenging circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, collaborating with colleagues, contributing to the development of legal strategies, engaging with clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims, attending court and mediation as required, and maintaining high standards of legal work and compliance. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and outcomes, focusing on progressing matters efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability, and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims (preferred).
* Demonstrated capacity in executing business development.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high‐level client service.
* Demonstrated proactive approach to file management.
* Experience working in a high‐volume work environment.
* 2‐5 years PAE, with a passion for Personal Injuries law.
