About the Role
You ensure every Mister Zimi order moves seamlessly from checkout to delivery and back again, owning the operational detail that keeps our fulfilment process running smoothly.
The Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of our order fulfilment and returns process across warehouses and third-party logistics partners.
Based at our Byron Bay HQ, this role sits at the operational centre of the business, connecting eCommerce, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT and Store Operations to ensure accurate dispatch, efficient returns, and clean inventory data across systems.
With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement, you proactively solve fulfilment issues, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve workflows. You play a critical role in protecting customer experience by ensuring our backend operations are as seamless as possible.
You are the detail-driven operator who ensures what we sell is exactly what we ship, and that every parcel reflects the standard of the brand behind it.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily order and return processing across Mister Zimi warehouses and 3PL partners, ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and within the SLAs.
* Proactively investigate and resolve fulfilment exceptions, shipping delays, and order issues before they impact the customer experience.
* Identify patterns or recurring service issues and elevate risks or improvement opportunities to management.
* Ensure communication between warehouse, HQ, and Customer Service is clear, timely and solution-focused.
Inventory Accuracy & System Integrity
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across ERP, WMS, and Shopify systems to maintain data integrity.
* Identify and elevate system or integration issues that may affect fulfilment accuracy or reporting.
* Support inventory movements between warehouse and boutiques, including transfers and replenishment requests in collaboration with the Merchandise Planner.
* Maintain clear visibility of stock flows to support smooth store operations and online availability.
Store & Cross-Functional Support
* Work closely with the Merchandise Planner to coordinate boutique stock transfers, replenishment requests, and consumables enquiries.
* Partner with eCommerce, Supply Chain, IT and Store Operations to ensure fulfilment workflows align with trading and operational priorities.
* Liaise with Customer Service to assist with customer resolutions, ensuring a positive end-to-end experience.
* Provide operational support and backfill across departments as required.
Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement
* Assist in monitoring fulfilment performance across partners and internal operations, identifying service trends or inefficiencies.
* Review freight invoices periodically with management to mitigate surcharges and ensure billing accuracy.
* Collaborate with management to identify operational efficiencies and support implementation of improved processes across fulfilment workflows.
* Continuously look for ways to strengthen accuracy, reduce friction and improve speed across the order journey.

You bring
* Confidence working with technology and eCommerce systems (Shopify experience preferred)
* Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP and/or WMS systems
* High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
* The ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy
* A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
* A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
* A collaborative approach and a good sense of humour
You must also have
* A full driver's licence with no restrictions and your own vehicle
* The ability to travel to and work from our Gold Coast warehouse as required.
