At our school, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead the development and implementation of senior school curriculum programs that promote student wellbeing and engagement.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Victorian Curriculum and VCAA requirements, as well as experience in leading strategic planning, program evaluation, and staff professional learning. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching programs across all year levels.
This role requires excellent leadership skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, students, parents/carers, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups and navigate complex educational systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:A Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field
Satisfactory registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
Proven experience in leading senior school curriculum development
Familiarity with the Victorian Curriculum Framework (VCF)
Understanding of current trends in education technology integration;
