We are looking for highly motivated Warehouse Storeperson based in Port Hedland to join our Port Hedland team. Alongside the core responsibility of dispatching/outwards goods you will also be involved in picking, packing, goods management and general warehousing duties.
About your new role
This will be a highly varied role, as you will be an integral member of the team, you will also support all facets of the branch operations including:
* Ensuring prompt dispatch of goods via various freight methods and overseeing scheduling collections;
* Making sure to adhere to company policies regarding to manual handling and safe lifting techniques;
* Processing of customer orders, understanding and identifying products to meet their needs; and
* Delivering customer service to the highest standards, ensuring that customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have passion for delivering exceptional customer service as well as:
* Experience within a warehouse or stores environment;
* Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills;
* Demonstrated tenure in previous positions;
* Motivated and goal oriented;
* A creative, customer and team focused personality;
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite;
* Attention to detail and accuracy;
* Current Driver's License;
* A current, valid forklift license would be desirable, but not necessary.
