About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators and Civil Labourers to join our growing civil construction team. With multiple projects underway, we're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in delivering quality work on site.

Key Responsibilities
Roller Operator:
* Operate roller machinery for compaction on civil construction sites
* Ensure surfaces are compacted to specification
* Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
* Work closely with site supervisors and crew
Civil Labourers:
* Assist with general civil works including site prep, trenching, and clean-up
* Use hand and power tools safely
* Support machine operators and trades
* Follow site safety procedures at all times
About You
* Previous experience in civil construction
* Minimum 1-2 years of civil construction experience required
* Roller ticket/competency (for operator roles)
* White Card (essential)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Strong commitment to safety
* Australian work rights essential
Highly Regarded
* HR or MR licence
* Plant operating tickets (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
* Experience in roadworks or subdivisions
