Customer Partnership Specialist

About the role

* We're looking for an experienced Customer Partnership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ResCom sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers through both virtual and in-person channels.
* You'll work closely with our cross-functional HIVE team, which includes members from specialist sales, customer success, customer support, and sales support.
* Your primary objective will be to identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engaging relevant team members to action and drive revenue growth through product upgrades.
* Maintaining 100% product retention is crucial, as well as driving product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with customer success.
* You'll also build strong relationships with your Hive team members, driving a strategic portfolio and territory plan with their engagement.
* Fostering deep connections with key customers and executing effective customer engagement programs are vital to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate

* A seasoned professional with a proven track record of building meaningful connections with multiple stakeholders, both virtually and in-person.
* An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, who can approach tasks creatively and think outside the box.
* A 'can-do' attitude, passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a solutions-focused mindset.
* Experience working in SaaS environments, knowledge of real estate and marketing methods, advertising, and online experience are highly desirable.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and previous use of CRM systems (Salesforce) are essential.
