As our ICT Business Analyst, you'll be the connective tissue between our clients, our delivery teams, and the technical solutions we build. You'll gather requirements, shape user stories, coordinate delivery and make sure what we're building actually solves the right problem.
This isn't a documentation-only role. You'll be embedded in the work, moving quickly, and making real decisions alongside the team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business and system requirements
* Translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and delivery plans
* Leading and coordinating software project delivery across cross-functional teams
* Working closely with developers, designers, and product stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives
* Analysing and improving existing processes, systems, and workflows
* Supporting solution design by contributing to system architecture and integration discussions
* Facilitating workshops, stand‐ups, and delivery meetings
* Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely deliverySupporting testing activities including UAT and validation
* Preparing and maintaining clear documentation including requirements, process flows, and system specifications
* Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required
What You'll Bring
* 2–3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Software Delivery, or similar ICT roles
* Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related field
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical outcomes
* Hands‐on experience with tools like ClickUp, ChatGPT, or Claude
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilitiesComfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast‐paced delivery environment
