Due to our continued growth, we require the services of a Customer Service Officer. As a Customer Service Officer your duties will include:
* Support of Building Supervisors
* Responding to customer enquiries throughout the construction and maintenance period of their home
* Managing customer expectations around construction and maintenance milestones
* Communication and co-operation with other departments
* Liaising with supervisors, customers, suppliers & various teams in order to deliver customer satisfaction
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Ability to meet targets
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Proficient computer skills
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Experience in a similar role within the building industry is favourable but not essential
